Lenders and offers

Every lender, every question, every offer.

Track each approach, share the pack in a watermarked lender room and answer credit's questions from the file. Term sheets are read and compared on cost over the term, with a report for the client that leaves the recommendation to you.

Three offers for a $300,000 loan over five years, compared side by side. Lender A at 7.45% costs $62,776 over the term, $209 per $1,000, with four conditions. Lender B at 7.95% costs $65,436 with two conditions. Lender C at 8.60% costs $71,658 with three. Lender A is tagged lowest cost and Lender B fewest conditions. Lender B's credit team asks why the FY26 margin fell. An answer citing the P&L is drafted for the broker to approve.

Credit's questions, answered from the file

A question from the room, or one you log from an email, gets a draft answer from the credit paper that lender was sent and the deal file, cited. Another lender's name never makes it in. You approve before it goes.

  • Drafted from that lender's paper and the deal file, with sources
  • If the file can't answer it, ask the client for the document
  • Share a document into the room with the answer
  • Every question and answer kept on the deal

Before you ask

Questions about lenders.

Does it match deals to lender policy?
No. Which lenders to approach is your call. Batonford tracks the approaches and shows your own turnaround by lender.
Can a lender see another lender's terms?
No. Each lender room holds only that approach's pack and what you share into it, and answers never name another lender.
Does the report recommend an offer?
No. It explains each offer from the figures and leaves the recommendation section for you.
