Ad copy for every portal
One click drafts the ad for each portal you list on, within that portal's limits. It's blind like the teaser: figures come from the deal file and every statement is backed by something you've approved.
- Headline, summary and body sized for each portal
- Figures filled in from the deal file, never typed by the AI
- Anything identifying refused before you see it
- Approve it, publish it, then record the portal's reference

Project Harbour · NDA sent
Enquiries forwarded, buyers created
Point portal enquiry emails at your firm's own Batonford address. Each one is read, matched to its listing by the portal reference and the buyer is added, with a task for you.
- Forwards unwrapped and the enquirer's details read out
- Matched to the listing by portal reference, your reference or the codename
- A repeat enquiry from the same person joins the first
- Send the NDA automatically if you choose, unless they've opted out

Serious buyers first
Batonford reads each enquiry and says how serious it looks, quoting the words that made it so. It drafts a reply from details safe to share before an NDA, for you to send.
- Hot, warm, cold or spam, each reason quoted from the message
- The buyer's brief pulled out, ready to fill their profile
- Your other listings that fit what they asked for
- A reply drawn only from approved ads and the released teaser
New lead · valuation widget
Northside Plumbing
A valuation widget for your website
Put a "What's my business worth?" form on your firm's site. Owners get an indicative range from your own settled sales or multiples. Each one arrives as a new appraisal with a task.
- A range from your comparables where you have enough, else your multiples
- Always labelled indicative, not an appraisal
- Each lead a contact, a business and a first-stage mandate
- Shown only on the websites you list

Before you ask
Questions about listings and enquiries.
- Does Batonford post to the portals for us?
- No. You approve the copy and paste it into each portal, then record the portal's reference so enquiries match the listing.
- What happens to an enquiry it can't match?
- It waits on your Enquiries page with what was read from it, so you can pick the listing yourself.
- Will the widget give owners a figure we disagree with?
- It only shows a range from your own sales or your own multiples, always marked indicative. With neither, it takes the owner's details and shows no number.
