Listings and pipeline

Every listing, appraisal to settlement, on one board.

See where every mandate stands, what it's worth to the firm and what needs doing next. Stages, dates and fees kept up to date as the deal moves.

A board of listings in four stages: appraisal, listed, under offer and exchanged. Bayview Bakery is dragged from Listed to Under offer. Its expected fee is worked out as $15,000, the minimum fee, on an accepted offer of $295,000. A warning appears on Northside Plumbing: its agency agreement ends in 21 days.
