- Which CRMs can we import from?
- Any that exports a CSV, as well as spreadsheets and portal enquiry exports. Columns are matched for you and you can change any match before importing.
- Will importing create duplicates?
- No. Rows that match an existing record by email, phone, name or registration number fill that record's gaps instead of creating a new one.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes. Export contacts, businesses, listings, buyers and offers to CSV whenever you like.
- Who on the team can do what?
- Primaries manage the team, invite brokers and set up fields. Members work the records. An ex-staff member is deactivated and their history stays.
